Thank God...for a new day!

Don't you just love mornings? They're a white page, a clean blackboard, a chocolate cake before it's sliced, fresh underwear! So today I choose to make it a good one! But before I slip on the clean undies, slice the cake, write on the blackboard I'm going to commit this day to my Maker and ask for Divine help. It's impossible to do it alone! On my own steam, I'm selfish, self-centered, unkind and arrogant. With Him powering the locomotive I can chug along much easier, more efficiently. I'm kinder, more caring, less selfish. Whatever you believe, whomever you believe in think about asking for help to be a better person today! And then choose to do it. It's a conscious decision you have to make. It doesn't just float down on you like a warm blanket. You must still make the effort. Have an awesome Friday and a great weekend! Be kind to someone who absolutely does not deserve it! Hugs to you!
