No, really I just search the internet. I usually type a phrase into Google Image Search like 'Gentle Shepherd' or such and you would be amazed what comes up. It always seems to take me longer to find the picture than write the blog! As a very visual person the image is so important to me. I reject hundreds before I pick the right one.
